Bridget Bartolone, Executive Director

Bridget-webBridget Bartolone joined Person Centered Services of WNY in 2013 as the Executive Director. She works directly with the Board of Directors, and in partnership with the Board, has developed the short and long term Strategic Plan. Bridget guides the organization through the daily operations with a focus on preparing the Agencies for the upcoming changes to the field of Developmental Disabilities relative to Care Coordination and evolving reimbursement methodologies.

Bridget comes to PCSWNY from HealthNow NY, the parent company of Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY and Blue Shield of NENY, where she held two different senior leadership positions during her three year tenure with the company. She was Vice President of Operations Transformation, and the Vice President of the General Business.  Before joining Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Bridget held numerous leadership positions at Eli Lilly and Company, a global pharmaceutical organization. She started in sales in 1998, and had a variety of leadership roles across Lilly USA over the course of 13 years.  She is also one of the original Six Sigma Black Belts at Lilly, when it deployed Lean Six Sigma in 2005.

Bridget has a bachelor of science in health management and policy from the University of New Hampshire and a certificate of Executive Leadership from Cornell University. She serves on a several committees and boards in Buffalo, where she resides with her husband and two daughters.

Kellie Earsing, Care Coordination Manager 

Kellie has been employed by Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled since 2004.  Kellie has held a variety of positions with Community Services including:  Habilitation Instructor, MSC for Parents & Youth, MSC Regulatory Specialist, Compliance Specialist , Service Coordination Program Manager and currently holds the position of Service Coordination Program Coordinator. Kellie received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Buffalo State College in 2003.

Alicia Fellows, Director of Care Coordination

AliciaAlicia Fellows has extensive experience working in the DD field, and has worked at Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled for the past fifteen years.  During her time with CSDD she has worked with families and the child welfare system, with dually diagnosed individuals, and supervised a Specialized Case Management program for 7 years which provides services to individuals involved with or at risk of being involved with the criminal justice system.

As the Director of Care Coordination for PCSWNY, Ms. Fellows oversees development of the PCSWNY care coordination model.  She holds a Masters in Social Work from the University at Buffalo.

 

Kelly Lincoln, Director of Operations

kelly150Kelly Lincoln joined PCSWNY as an independent contractor in February 2015. She is working alongside other PCS project staff to develop a care coordination model for the developmentally and intellectually disabled.

In addition to this work Ms. Lincoln leads the operational development of a senior focused care coordination model, and consults with families who are trying to navigate various social, medical, legal, and financial resources for their elderly loved ones.

Ms. Lincoln has a professional background in the managed care industry, and an MBA from the University at Buffalo.

Linda Golden, Director of Quality Control

Linda has over 32 years’ experience in the field of social work and has currently oversees her own private practice as a mental health therapist in the Rochester, NY vicinity.  Ms. Golden has previously served at the Director of both a community mental health clinic, and an Inpatient Hospital program for addiction and co-occurring disorders. She has also served as the Director of Quality Assurance for mental health and addiction housing programs, and as an Emergency care psychiatric assignment officer.

Ms. Golden holds a Bachelors of Social Work from SUNY Brockport, and a Masters of Social Work from University of Buffalo.
